In most cases, herbal supplements found in illegal centers and medicine stores have harmful content that causes irreparable damage to people. As a representative of the green chemistry method, rapid efficient dispersive micro solid-phase extraction (D-mSPE) method was applied extract dexamethasone adulterant from handmade sold as power natural enhancing materials. The quantification analyte performed by high performance liquid chromatography with an ultraviolet detector. Effective parameters on recovery, including type amount adsorbent, kind elution solvent, time elution, were systematically investigated. limit detection 0.05 μg mL-1. Furthermore, inter-day precisions calculated relative standard deviations better than 10%. Ten dietary supplements, liquid, capsule, tablet forms, powder, analyzed using developed four them detected adulterated dexamethasone. purifies complex plant-based samples results clean analysis separation instruments.
